Our visual identity is confident, enthusiastic, and down-to-earth. It captures who we are and shapes how we present ourselves as a brand. For restaurants, ChowNow is a fair and supportive partner. For diners, we offer an ethical and transparent way to support independent eateries. We believe in doing right by both restaurants and diners, not just because it’s the right thing to do, but because it’s good business and helps restaurants businesses thrive.

While working on the rebrand, I aimed to breathe new life into our visual identity. My design approach was straightforward yet friendly, and plain-spoken but empathetic. I focused on creating essential, value-driven designs that resonate with both diners and restaurants. By drawing inspiration from nostalgic menus and restaurant receipts, I crafted visuals that were engaging and optimistic for diners, while ensuring clarity and assurance for restaurants. This approach made our communication both impactful and thoughtfully designed.

The Booklet

The ChowNow booklet was designed as a key brand touchpoint to offer a personalized client experience. Collaborating with our Design Director and marketing team, I designed a booklet that communicated our product range, highlighted success stories, and provided restaurant tips. I also ensured it was easy to update for frequent changes in our offerings, resulting in an informative resource that underscores our commitment to client support.
